I conceptualized and designed Pacifico Integrated Marketing Communications' capabilities brochure. We called it the React Brochure and visualized things that motivate a reaction, such as a monkey and a banana or a moth and a flame.
I also alternated pages with seemingly random words without definition to represent the public relations aspect of the business. The random words symbolized the importance of clear, relevant communications.
Production-wise, there were multiple printing techniques and alternative materials used. The cover featured an embossed aluminum plate. Chicago screws were used for the binding. We printed on bright orange, translucent paper and silk coated papers with 4-color process and silver, metallic inks.
This brochure won Best of Show at the Silicon Valley Addys.
